ServiceNow Architect

They are hiring a dedicated ServiceNow Architect on a contract role to spearhead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across a diverse spectrum of clients. In this role, your extensive experience and expertise will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes and maximizing the value delivered to their clientele.

Responsibilities:

• As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.

• You will engage with clients to understand their business needs, advise on ServiceNow capabilities and propose optimal solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and methodologies.

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet specific client requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities where possible.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers.

• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and other architects to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

Skillset:

• A minimum of 5 years’ ServiceNow experience.

• Proficiency in CSDM v4 and recent Certified System Administrator certifications.

• Ideally three or more CIS certifications encompassing ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, or certified application development. 

• Passionate about providing guidance and taking ownership of advising clients on ServiceNow usage and implementation. 

• Proficient in organizing, facilitating and leading customer workshops.

• Capability to craft High-Level Design documents, engage in technical discussions with fellow architects and articulate detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for developers. 

• Skilled in mentoring and supporting junior ServiceNow developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
