Job Title:ServiceNow Architect – Telco Focus

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract ServiceNow Architect with a specialized focus on Telco operations to join our team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry, leveraging their expertise in various Telco-specific modules such as TNI, HAM, TSM, OMT, and SPM.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions tailored for Telco operations.
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Telco modules such as TNI (Telecom Network Inventory), HAM (Home Access Management), TSM (Telecom Service Management), OMT (Operations Management Telecom), and SPM (Service Provisioning Management).
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow modules to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications environment.
  • Provide expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other Telco systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to enable internal teams in leveraging ServiceNow effectively for Telco operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the defined timelines and budget.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on Telco operations.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Telco-specific ServiceNow modules including TNI, HAM, TSM, OMT, and SPM.
  • Strong understanding of Telco industry processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with Telco systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
