Our client, a leading healthcare company, is hiring multiple Data Scientists with expertise in Generative AI to join their team in Dublin on a six-month contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative AI applications using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to support clinical and operational decision-making.



Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimise GenAI solutions using LLMs and RAG pipelines for healthcare-related use cases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs to enhance model accuracy, performance and relevance in a clinical or operational context.

  • Prototype, test and deploy NLP/ML models using appropriate evaluation metrics and best practices.

  • Build scalable APIs and integrate GenAI models into production environments using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.

  • Stay current on the latest developments in GenAI, LLMs and wider AI trends.



Skillset

  • Strong technical knowledge in Data science, ML and NLP concepts, should have worked on the entire Data science life cycle starting from Data collection till deployment and monitoring.

  • Experience with Traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning models / algorithms.

  • Experience in working with large language models (LLMs) and GenAI use cases with RAG.

  • Experience in developing APIs in any of the python frameworks (Flask / FAST).

  • Experience in working with Databases - SQL, NoSQL, Graph DB and Vector DB.

  • Exposure to cloud - preferably Azure and GCP.

  • Experience in working with cross functional teams.

The successful canddiate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving a series of critical features and workflows to support business operations and drive efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance Store Case Synchronization functionality.

  • Improve Incident Synchronization across relevant systems.

  • Optimize workflows and improve synchronization enhancements.

  • Deliver synchronization enhancements related to incident data and workflows.

  • Design and implement Reusable Questions, Availability User Criteria, Catalog Taxonomy, Catalog Builder Template, Catalog Builder Wizard Enhancements (Service Offering), Custom Fulfillment Steps (for Service Offering Approval & Financial Approval) and Notification Mechanisms.

Our client are hiring a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to support a leading retail client in Germany. This role demands both strategic leadership and strong technical execution to drive complex ServiceNow implementations in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

As the Technical Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. This is a remote role; however, fluency in German is essential due to the client-facing nature of the project.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead and architect for the full lifecycle of CSM implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected, scalable and performant ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration, scripting and integration work within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Owners, Developers and other Architects to ensure design consistency and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro features including normalization, reconciliation and publisher packs.

  • Integrate with discovery sources such as SCCM, Flexera or native ServiceNow Discovery across retail infrastructure.

  • Script and configure license metrics, entitlements and rules tailored to retail software usage patterns.
