    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services.
    • Strong knowledge of European payments frameworks and regulations.
    • Hands-on experience with PSD2 / Open Banking initiatives.
    • Background in payments processing, fraud prevention and compliance environments.
    • Experience working in complex, cross-functional delivery teams.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
