Skillset-
At least 3 years' experience in software engineering and full-stack product development within production environments.

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions in real-world applications.

Strong grasp of data flow architecture and scalable system design principles.

Exposure to modern development stacks, including React, Python, Next.js, Sanity CMS and dbt.

Understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools.

Comfortable operating across multiple technologies, tools and problem domains.

Ability to execute quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Prior experience in early-stage or scaling startup environments is highly desirable.
