Our client are a ServiceNow implementation partner and they're hiring a certified ServiceNow Professional with experience in ITOM Suite to join the team. All work will be completed in ServiceNow and will require experience with SDLC and PPM for all project status, requirements, story management and testing. Interacting daily within ServiceNow to Managing Customer Incidents and Request related to the build and implementation of ServiceNow Applications, Modules, etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.
  • Deliver a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITOM Suite as well as CMDB
  • Explain the offerings available with ServiceNow ITOM Suite as well as CMDB.
  • Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plus
  • Implement IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations
  • Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applications
  • Organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and potentially coordinating effort of additional administrators
  • Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable
  • Effectively manage and execute high level tasks assigned via 'stories'
  • Assists junior analysts through project(s) lifecycles
  • Manages work against an often demanding timeline
  • Communicates professionally and effectively, through verbal and non-verbal methods with business professionals and clients daily
  • Flexible and has the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Development
  • ITOM Suite experience
  • Solid CMDB experience
  • Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration
  • ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications desired (not required WITH equivalent experience)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Background in either software development or IT Service management
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)

A leading ServiceNow Implementation Partner are hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Process Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the designing, configuring, and implementation of the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CMDB) solutions to meet the clients needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions that align with service owners' business goals and objectives. Define configuration item (CI) classes, relationships, and attributes to ensure accurate representation of the ITSM landscape.

  • Work with service owners to identify and classify CIs correctly. Develop approaches for CI identification, including automated discovery and manual data entry processes.

  • Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules and third-party systems to ensure real-time data synchronization and consistency.

  • Create and maintain relationship maps between CIs to provide insights into dependencies and impacts on IT services.

  • Maintain data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within the CMDB.

  • Develop and enforce change management processes for the CMDB to ensure that updates and changes are tracked and approved.

  • Collaborate with service owners to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges. Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve their CMDB implementations.


Skillset

  • 5-10 years of ServiceNow experience required.

  • ServiceNow Administrator certification required.

  • ServiceNow CMDB certifications preferred but not required.



This role is a hybrid work environment, with 1-2 days on-site per week. This is a 1-year assignment with opportunity for transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

  • Someone with experience facilitating requirements gathering and business documentation processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis
  • Experience working with process owners to create and support the creation of user stories, ensuring required criteria is met, including the configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet specific needs as well as ongoing technical support
  • Experience developing a test plan, across cross-functional teams, articulating testing approach and ensuring quality of new software releases
  • Experience working with a team to estimate, plan, and execute all assigned tasks.
  • Experience serving as a scrum master in an Agile software development environment
  • Experience implementing a CMDB using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Asset Management, Event Management, and Certificate Management.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping capabilities
  • The ability to prepare and present client-facing and internal artifacts and deliverables that are technology-related

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in related technical discipline, and four (4) years of Business Analysis experience
  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (preferred)
  • Agile/Scrum related certifications (preferred)
  • Certified System Administrator (preferred)
  • ServiceNow ITOM-related Foundations training or CIS Certification (preferred)
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Certification (preferred)

Our client are seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Workday Payroll module. You will troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, perform system configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-production support related to Workday Payroll.

  • Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, including but not limited to payroll calculations, tax configurations, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll system enhancements and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
