Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM expertise to support a key banking client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on with development and experienced enough to contribute to solutioning in collaboration with a solution architect.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design and implementation.
  • Work across key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, CMDB.
  • Integrate with external systems using APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to platform best practices and client security standards.


Skillset
  • Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable backend systems that support complex data labeling workflows, enable real-time collaboration, and incorporate large language model (LLM) capabilities.
