The successful candidate should have extensive experience in facilitating requirements gathering and business documentation processes, as well possess a strong background in Agile software development environments with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and configuration.


Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow CMDB Analyst, you will facilitate requirements gathering and business documentation processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis.

  • Collaborate with process owners to create and support the creation of user stories, ensuring required criteria is met.

  • Configure ServiceNow modules to meet specific needs and provide ongoing technical support.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans across cross-functional teams, articulating testing approaches and ensuring the quality of new software releases.

  • Serve as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

  • Implement CMDB using ServiceNow best practices.

  • Implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Asset Management, Event Management, and Certificate Management.

  • Implement ServiceNow Service Mapping capabilities.

  • Communicate complex ideas with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

 

Skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline, with four years of Business Analysis experience.

  • Certified Business Analyst Professional.

Our client are hiring a skilled Cloud Security Engineer who has extensive experience across the Microsoft Security suite. This is an initial 12 month day rate contract with a high chance of extension. Responsibilities

  • Triaging events from a wide range of sources, including reports from employees, IT Service Desk, security systems and threat intelligence data.

  • Manage, analyse, and respond to detected events, escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Review logs and alerts to monitor system security events and provide input to develop use cases to improve the operation of security services.

  • Support the integration and handover of new security services within the monitoring and detection capability.

  • Assess, monitor, analyse, and mitigate risks on new and existing IT solutions.

  • Identify vulnerabilities and investigate security incidents to determine root causes.

  • Contribute to the automation and improvement of security processes and technologies.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert, provide consultations and advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in information security management activities.

  • Microsoft Security Operations Analyst certification is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Security Suite of products essential – Azure, Sentinel, Defender etc.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure – Entra ID, Conditional Access, Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Governance, Azure Infrastructure, Entra Connect, Intune, Secure Score, Exposure Management, Exchange Online Protection, Purview

  • Familiarity with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS concepts, email Security products, Vulnerability management and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO27001, CIS, NIST).
