Overview:

Our client are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Senior ServiceNow Engineer to work hands on technically in the ServiceNow platform with projects focused on advancements in the CMDB.

 

What will you be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
  • Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly within ITSM & building out/enhancing the CMDB
  • Assist in gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow solutions for internal stakeholders while focusing mainly on hands on technical work
  • Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
  • Be hands on technically working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
