We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow IRM Solution Architect to support the delivery of a high-impact Operational Risk Management (ORM) program for a leading Swiss bank. This is a contract role for a senior-level consultant capable of driving solution design, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery within the IRM space.
 

 
About the Role
As a key advisor and delivery lead, you will help the client implement and optimize ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module, with a core focus on Operational Risk. This role blends deep functional knowledge, architectural insight, and agile project delivery practices.


Responsibilities
  • Process Advisory & Best Practices
    Guide and advise on IRM process design, especially where client needs diverge from ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB). Recommend optimal, scalable solutions aligned with platform and industry best practices.
  • Solution Design & Architecture
    Lead the architecture and mid-level design of ORM features, ensuring sustainability and alignment with the client's risk framework.
  • Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
    • Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders
    • Shape and manage the product backlog
    • Define and estimate user stories
    • Support sprint planning and defect resolution
  • Implementation & Deployment
    Drive deployments into higher environments (UAT, Production), ensuring well-documented and validated releases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
    Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT:
    • Communicate and defend solution design
    • Drive alignment to ServiceNow IRM best practices across risk scoring, control monitoring, issue management, and compliance
  • Team Enablement
    Support internal delivery teams, mentoring junior consultants and developers where needed.


 Requirements
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM, particularly in Operational Risk Management
  • ServiceNow Risk Certifications are essential
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Agile delivery
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable advising and working at senior levels within financial institutions
  • Based in Germany, with ability to travel to Zurich once per month (fully expensed)
 

Seniority Level

ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Admin

Our client, a leading European organization, is hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Developer & Admin on an initial six-month contract to joint heir team remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM modules, dashboard development and performance analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, design and provide ongoing support for ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Create effective and insightful Performance Analytics dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Assist with configuration, customisation and administration of the ServiceNow environment.
