Our client, a global IT company, are urgently hiring a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join the team remotely. The successful candidate will utilize their strong experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to support a self-implementation project for one of their partners.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical advisor to the customer on their IRM implementation.

  • Provide guidance and best practice recommendations throughout the project.

  • Support on a part-time basis over a 3-week period.

  • No hands-on development or implementation work is required.



Skillset

  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM/Risk.

  • Able to confidently advise and support clients through self-implementation.

  • Fluent in English.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API, with hands-on experience using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical solutions on client projects, ensuring thorough understanding and fulfilment of client requirements, and serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical goals throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will utilize their skills in the Risk module, specifically within Business Continuity Management (BCM) as part of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) for a leading client in the banking industry.

  • Translate business requirements into BCM user stories for the SBPC (ServiceNow Business Process Consultant) team to configure.
